SmittyGoods are created on-demand. We have many shipping options. If you are hoping to receive your Goods in time for Christmas, we’ve got the following order deadlines. Our delivery providers will make every effort to fulfill your order within expected timeframes.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received.

If you notice a quality issue with your product, please submit a report HERE and our HelpDesk team will be in touch. Photos of your products may be requested to work through your claim. Please keep your packing slips and delivery packaging.

Due to our SmittyGood print-per-order process slight color and pattern alignment variations are possible and add to the one-of-a-kind nature of our apparel. If you notice severe/abnormal color issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact our HelpDesk.

Items that are sewn to-order can vary slightly in size from order-to-order. We encourage careful reading of our product descriptions and sizing charts. In general, SmittyGood leggings and tops are sized to be “attractively snug.” If you prefer a looser fit, up-size. Customer requests for different sizes (after receiving the order) will be reviewed case-by-case with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
